The SPRING activity bus will start running on approximately February 26th pending the requests received, at approximately 5:30p after practices and activities release. We are asking parents to use this form to request which days they need transportation and to which address. This is only available for children within the North Middle School Transportation Boundary. 

Once a request is made using this form, it may take anywhere from 24-72 hours for transportation to verify and add your child's stop to the route. You or your child may check in with the coach or the athletic secretary to see if the request has been approved and they are OK to begin riding.
