Ladies Night Out is put together by area businesses to promote traffic to the Downtown Delafield Area. Sign up to be a sponsor to reap additional benefits of this event series. This fee goes toward the signage and advertising, and customer gift bags.  

Sponsorship Rates:
$200 for Each Ladies Night Out Series ($400 for both Spring and Fall).  As a sponsor you agree to be open from 5-8:30 during each Ladies Night event, and to offer some type of Promotion or deal of the night to the customers that evening.  This Deal of the Night will be advertised in the LNO marketing given to each shopper on the night of each event.  We encourage you to utilize the same promotion for each series. For the fall series, you also agree to donate one item for the December Raffle Event held at Revere’s.  

Sponsorship payment must be turned in one week prior to the start of the series.

Your Sponsorship includes:
*Marketing material delivered to you before each of the events, as well as an electronic version to send to your customers via e-mail.
* Your business location or name highlighted on an exclusive map that participants are directed to use during the event.
*Business sponsorship names will be placed on the Chamber website, Facebook, and other marketing related to the event.
*Participant sign for sponsors only.
*The ability to put branded marketing such as coupons, business info, or trinkets in the gift bags.
