The purpose of the LGBTQ+ Health Forum is to get feedback directly from the LGBTQ+ and Transgender communities on their specific needs for the 15 county region the Alliance for Positive Health serves. This forum is aimed to discover the best ways to deliver services to positively impact those needs.
