Note: Creative activation artisans are allowed to sell items as well as provide a sample of their product or service to #CareFreeBlackGirl event attendees. Only select this option if you can provide a service.

If you choose yes, you will be added to a shortlist of vendors interested in traveling. Do not contact us about the additional locations, we will contact you.

Vendor above agrees to provide their own display materials and oversee their goods during the event. 

Vendor is asked to be set up and ready to go 1 hour before the event. Vendor will provide their own setup for this event. If the vendor above does not show by the completion of set up time, cancels or causes any malice during event NO REFUNDS will be issued and it will be up to the coordinator to decide if participation from (vendor above) will be allowed.
