Please fill out this summer school form to enroll in summer school.  Summer school is currently planned for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00-2:00 beginning July 7th for 5 weeks as long as the state determines it is safe to operate.  Summer school is for student enrolled at Flat River Academy for the 2020-21 school year (including new students!)  If you are considering enrollment for Fall or have a question, please email hkarnatz@flatriveracademy.org.  Summer school is a great way to target the specific skills your child needs to be ready for the next grade.  Thank you!
