Anticipated Absence - Buckeye Marching Band 
We ask all Band and Color Guard Members to be committed to our schedule and performances.  OMEA Performance deadline for withdrawing from an event is 4 weeks.  This form should be filled out 5 weeks before a performance, 5 days before a rehearsal, or within 3 hours of unexpected circumstances or we will have to call you!  Submission of absences does not mean it is excused.  It simply a notification to the directors.  

1.  Absent requests must be  logged in the Google Absence Request Form.

2.  All 3 Directors will review each request filled out and decide if it is Excused or Unexcused.
