Every year, volunteers like YOU make Chibi Chibi Con possible! Thanks for being willing to pitch in and help us keep this free community convention going. Volunteer, and you'll receive Chibi Chibi Con merch, a T-shirt, pizza, and our eternal love!
We have volunteer shifts available for all times of the day and for all types of interests!

If you want to do more than just day of volunteering, we have the perfect role for you! You could join the Chibi Chibi Con Committee, an Evergreen State College Registered Student Organization (club). You don't have to be an Evergreen student to come to our weekly club meetings! You'll get to share ideas with staff, yummy snacks, screen AA/VR apps, assist events, see the latest merch, and influence the future of Chibi. For more information join our discord (https://discord.gg/zGBvV4V)! Ask any of our listed coordinators to get assigned to the Chibi Chibi Con Committee chat. Ping either of them as much as necessary, they may not be online.(If you spam them I'll get an earful, so weigh if you think it's worth it)

READ ME: Chibi Chibi Con 2023 will be held on February 25th from noon to 11pm. Setup will start the previous day at 3 PM, and work will continue on and off until 1AM of the day after con. You will receive shifts based on your availability and interest. Please let us know ASAP if you can no longer volunteer.

For CCC 2020 we are going to work harder on placing our volunteers in some of their top choices for shifts.
