Points to note before donating blood:
* After 14 DAYS of taking any vaccination you can donate blood.
* If covid-19 infected, after 28 DAYS of recovery you can donate blood.
* Have not donated blood in the last 56 days.
* You cannot donate if you have a cold, flu, sore throat, cold sore, stomach bug or any other infection.
* Should NOT have had a tattoo in last 12 months.
* It is advisable to refrain from smoking at least two hours before you donate blood. It is also not advisable to consume alcohol at least 24 hours before donating blood.
