Al-Haadi Study Centre - New Family Registration

Please complete this form if you need a new family login, i.e., if no one in the family has attended Al-Haadi Study Centre (AHSC) in the past.  Upon review of the submitted form, you will be assigned a Family login to our parents portal on www.al-haadi.ca which can then be used to register students.

If your child has attended Al-Haadi Study Centre in the past, you do not need to submit this form.  You can use your existing family id to log on for any new or returning student registrations. If you cannot find your family id, send an e-mail subject: "Forgot family id" with full name and child's name to registration@al-haadi.ca and we will check for your family id.

Fees per year to be paid during the 2nd step, i.e., when registering students: $75 admin fee per family, plus $100 per child; admin fee is non-refundable; a subsidy is available if required.
