Thank you for volunteering!
Very briefly, we will be using the same submission forms program that is used at the large wars such as Pennsic, but some improvements have been made (e.g., to allow for the uploading of digital art). A full user guide with screenshots, along with checklists/tips for names heralds, armory heralds, and heraldic artists, will be available. If you haven't used it before, or need a refresher, live training will also be available.
After initial contact with the submitter by email, a full consultation will take place over email, Facebook DMs, Zoom, or via other platform as needed. If you don't have access to the same platform preferred by the submitter, we can tag team with another herald or reassign as needed. For more complicated consultations, other heralds will be available to help do the research.
After you have volunteered, we will make sure that everyone knows the process before we go live.
