Welcome to our online registration for the synod-wide middle school (GRADES 6th-8th) spring retreat. Please submit the following agreement and information by Saturday, April 17th. Cost for retreat is $70 (please pay through your church group or make checks payable to MPYF) for youth participants. We are asking that ONLY active youth participants within our churches attend this year's retreat. No outside guests please.
