UCC Norwell Youth Group Registration
UCC Norwell's Youth Group is for students 6th-12th grade. Youth Group meets every Sunday at UCC Norwell from 6:30-8pm starting on September 17th. We also gather throughout the year for special events, retreats, and service opportunities.

Please fill out a separate form for each student you are registering. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Bob Caldeira at bcaldeira@uccnorwell.org. In the form, where it reads "Parent/Guardian," please include all people that you would like to serve as the main contacts between the student and the church. We're so glad you're joining us!
