2020-2021 Draft Plan Feedback Form
During the monthly regular Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, July 7, CH-UH administrators shared draft plans for the return to school. Video and slide deck can be found here: https://bit.ly/2VXKwR5

Our families and staff members may have questions, thoughts and/or concerns regarding different elements of the draft plan. Please use this form to share yours by topic. We will compile questions and answer them via our communication channels throughout the summer. Your feedback will also help us recognize areas of our plan that may need more attention and/or communication.

The proposed school start date of September 2.
The draft plans for Blended Learning (2 days per week at school, 3 days per week at home).
The draft plans for Virtual Option: mySchool Online.

The draft plans for K-5 in-person instruction, 5 days per week. (This option is still being explored and considered as we gauge family interest.)
The draft plans for early childhood education (preschool/pre-kindergarten).
Students wearing masks in school (will be required for grades K-12 pending board approval).

Families and other school visitors wearing masks while in CH-UH buildings.
