❗❗POLICIES❗❗

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Complete my New Customer Form
2. Shop my timeline or watch my live shows and comment SOLD to claim an item.
3. I will MANUALLY add the pieces to your cart

HOW TO PAY:
1. On Fridays, I will send you an invoice via Paypal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to checkout. You can check out as a guest. You are responsible for making sure your address is up-to-date in Paypal.
2. Invoices are to be paid by Saturday
3. Orders will ship on Mondays & Tuesdays
4. Shipping is a flat $4.50 no matter your order size.

MY WEEKLY SALES CYCLE:
1. I will show jewelry every day via live shows or wall drops/album sales, and you have all week to shop. You can also shop from my Facebook Stories! Just comment SOLD or drop a 👑 emoji.
2. On Fridays you will get an invoice with everything you claimed throughout the week.
3. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt and no later than Saturday at 12 midnight EST.
4. I will package orders on Sundays.
5. Orders will ship on Mondays & Tuesdays.

IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Please do not claim items you are not prepared to pay for.
2. Keep track of the items you claim. I cannot send pictures of your cart every time you add a piece. I will do my best, but I cannot guarantee it. It helps to take screenshots of anything you claim so you remember.
3. If you claim jewelry, expect an invoice on FRIDAY. I try my best to send reminders though. Feel free to reach out to me if you do not receive an invoice.
4. NO HOLDS! I will not be able to hold jewelry for you unless it is a pre-order.
5. Three unpaid invoices will result in you being BLOCKED and no longer able to shop with me. I am running a small business based on SALES not CLAIMS. Kindly respect this policy.
6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
