𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐚: scarpe e abbigliamento sportivo
𝐋𝐞 𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢 𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢, quindi OGNI partecipante dovrà OBBLIGATORIAMENTE compilare una scheda di prenotazione (è necessario iscrivere anche i minorenni) e saranno accettate fino al raggiungimento del numero massimo di partecipanti, entro il giorno precedente l'escursione

𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚̀ 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞
A partire da domenica 28 giugno 2020, il Parco di Portofino organizzerà visite guidate e attività di laboratori didattici a titolo gratuito regolamentate come segue:
1) La partecipazione è consentita esclusivamente su prenotazione tramite modulo form google online. Con la prenotazione si conferma di aver letto il presente regolamento e si conferma Autodichiarazione Covid-19 (vedi di seguito)
2) L’escursione o l’attività verrà confermata tramite email il giorno precedente;
3) La partecipazione è consentita ad un massimo di 12 persone per visita guidata;
4) Non è consentito partecipare alle attività a persone soggette a quarantena, che siano a conoscenza di essere state a contatto con persone risultate positive al Covid-19 negli ultimi 14 giorni e che abbiano una temperatura corporea superiore ai 37,50 C e sintomi simil influenzali ascrivibili al Covid-19;
5) I partecipanti hanno l’obbligo di indossare mascherina chirurgica o di comunità durante la visita guidata (fatta eccezione dei bambini al di sotto dei 6 anni e persone con disabilità non compatibili con l’uso continuativo della mascherina) e sono tenuti ad igienizzare periodicamente le mani
6) Durante la visita guidata i partecipanti sono tenuti a rispettare la distanza interpersonale di almeno 1 metro e a seguire le indicazioni della Guida;
7)  I partecipanti hanno comunque l’obbligo di evitare assembramenti anche nei momenti che precedono e seguono le visite guidate;
8) In caso di allerta meteo emanata da Arpal – Regione Liguria, verrà annullata automaticamente la visita guidata/attività didattica
9) In osservanza a quanto disposto dal Regolamento Europeo n. 679/2018 e del D. Lgs.30/6/2003 n. 196, come modificato dal D. Lgs 101/2018, si informano i partecipanti che i dati personali acquisiti dall’Ente Parco di Portofino sono raccolti e trattati anche con l’ausilio di mezzi elettronici esclusivamente per le finalità connesse alla procedura e alla gestione delle specifiche misure di sanità ove le autorità competenti facciano richiesta di informazioni sugli accessi;

Salvo diversa comunicazione la sua prenotazione è da considerarsi accettata.
Vi verrà inviato email di conferma, dopo aver raggiunto il numero minimo iscritti e verificate le previsioni metereologiche, il giorno precedente l'escursione entro le ore 19.00.

𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Starting from Sunday 28th June 2020, the Park of Portofino will organize guided tours and free educational workshop activities regulated as follows:
1) Participation is allowed only by booking through the online google form. By booking you confirm that you have read these regulations and confirm Self-declaration Covid-19 (see below)
2) The excursion or activity will be confirmed by email the day before;
3) The participation is allowed to a maximum of 12 people per guided tour;
4) It is not allowed to participate in the activities to people subject to quarantine, who are aware that they have been in contact with people found positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days and who have a body temperature above 37.50 C and similar flu-like symptoms attributable to Covid-19;
5) Participants are required to wear a surgical or community mask during the guided tour (except for children under 6 years of age and people with disabilities that are not compatible with the continuous use of the mask) and are required to periodically sanitize their hands.
6) During the guided tour participants are required to respect the interpersonal distance of at least 1 metre and follow the guide's instructions;
7) Participants are however obliged to avoid grouping even in the moments before and after the guided tours;
8) In case of weather alert issued by Arpal - Liguria Region, the guided tour/activity will be automatically cancelled.
9) In compliance with the provisions of European Regulation no. 679/2018 and Legislative Decree 30/6/2003 no. 196, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, participants are informed that the personal data acquired by Ente Parco di Portofino are collected and processed by electronic means exclusively for purposes related to the procedure and management of specific health measures where the competent authorities request information on access;
