Governor Dewine has closed schools through April 5th due to the spread of COVID-19. This survey is meant to assess our communities food needs during this closure. As we plan for the educational continuation for our students, we realize the absence of school breakfast and lunch may be a stressor for some in our community. Please answer the questions below so we can accurately prepare the for the needs of our community.

We will begin serving breakfast and lunch to students on March 30th. Meals can be picked up on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Monday's pickup will be for Monday and Tuesday meals. Wednesday's pickup will be for Wednesday through Friday meals. All students are eligible, not just those on Free & Reduced lunch. ALL students will receive this food without cost through the National School Lunch Program during this pandemic.
