All of us face specific challenges that stop us from living our fullest potential. Many of these challenges are rooted in an aspect of our well-being and/or our ways of seeing the world. Coaching Circle is a way to identify, define and re-frame such challenges in our lives.

Each Coaching Circle is dedicated to just one person's case. If you sign up, you will be expected to prepare your case and present it to the circle. The circle is a safe space to access the wisdom and experience of peers and use it to expand or shift your view of situations so that you can respond in a better and more innovative way. In addition, it helps you build a deeper connection with other participants of the movement.

The spaces that you encounter in the Wellbeing Movement, promote well-being and preventive care but are not sufficient to address severe mental and/or emotional distress. *
