2023/2024 YJED Audition Form
We are excited to get this Youth Jazz Ensemble of Du Page (YJED) season started!

As usual, YJED will utilize the exact same audition material that ILMEA requires.  This year ILMEA requires a link to an audition submission you recorded and uploaded to YouTube.  

So to submit your audition to YJED, all you need do is to complete this form including copying into it the SAME YouTube link you used to submit your audition to ILMEA.

How simple? 1) fill out your name, 2) copy and paste the SAME audition link you submitted to ILMEA, 3) complete the rest of the form (important information to communicate with you and your parents, and to understand your involvement in playing music).

If you are not auditioning for ILMEA, please see our website www.yjed.org for details on the required audition materials (it is the same as for ILMEA, but we will try to have all the details on our audition tab) and hints to create the YouTube (or similar) link to include in this form.
