Early Career Leadership Program Advisor Survey
Each ECLP subcommittee will have at least 2 active advisors. Graduate students and post-docs are not eligible to serve as ECLP advisors.

The ECLP advisor position entails:

- 2 year appointment
- Attending monthly committee meeting (1 hour per month)
- Providing guidance and advice on ECLP projects (1 hour per month)
- Providing one-on-one feedback to co-chairs (2 hours every 6 months)
- Working with subcommittee co-chairs to develop a feedback rubric for ECLP members
