GROUP CLASS REGISTRATION FORM FOR: LIFESAVING, SWIMMING, AND TRIATHLON CLUB.

DATES: April 15 to June 21st, 2024 (10-week program).

LIFESAVING CLUB on TUESDAYS at Playa Conchal.

3:30 - 4:30 pm, Mini Lifesavers (ages 5-9 y/o)

4:30 - 5:30 pm, Junior Lifesavers (ages 10-16 y/o)

SWIMMING & TRIATHLON CLUB on WEDNESDAYS at Peninsula Condos, Tamarindo.

3:30 - 4:15 pm, Preschoolers (ages: 4-5)

4:30 - 5:30 pm, Triathlon Club* (ages: 6+)

*Prerequisites for Tri Club: Must be able to swim 25 meters without breaking stroke. Equipment required for Tri Club: Swim Suit, Running shoes, Bike, Helmet, and Swim Goggles (recommended).

SWIMMING ACADEMY on THURSDAYS in Huacas.

3:30 - 4:15 pm, Preschoolers (ages: 4-5)

3:30 - 4:15 pm, Swimmer (ages: 5+)

SWIMMING ACADEMY on THURSDAYS in Pinilla.

3:30 - 4:15 pm, Preschoolers (ages: 4-5)

4:30 - 5:15 pm, Swimmer (ages: 5+)

SWIMMING ACADEMY on FRIDAYS at Peninsula Condos, Tamarindo.

9:00 - 9:40 am, Parent & Toddlers (Ages: 8 months/old - 2 y/o)

MEMBERSHIPS:

Drop In: $15

Monthly: $55 +txs.

Full Trimester: $135 + txs.

OFFICIAL AWARD: At the end of the 10 weeks program, every participant will receive a certificate of accomplishment.

We're excited to have you join us on this aquatic journey. As spaces are limited, please note that the first 7 registrants of each class will have the opportunity to join the group. In the next step, you will receive an email containing a payment link to confirm your presence in the class. We look forward to embarking on this swim adventure together.
