Fill out this form to sign up for Fort Scott Public Library's Summer Reading Program for ages birth to 12th grade! This year's summer reading program will run from June 1 - August 10. Splash into Summer with Miss Val at Gunn Park on June 1, 10-11:30 (all ages kickoff party) or at Riverfront Park (tentative) on June 1, 4-5 pm (6th-12th grades kickoff party). If you won't be able to attend kickoff, check the box in the form and we'll save your kids a kickoff party in a bag!

In-person kids' meetings will be held on Tuesdays at 10 am, online on Thursdays at 10 am (pre-recorded), and teen programs on Wednesdays at 4 pm. Storytelling and craft demonstration videos will be offered on YouTube and Facebook, with guest readers and demonstrators in addition to Miss Val. Our performers will be in-person only for the following (tentative) dates: Musician Alan Cunningham, June 14 @ 10, Magician & Juggler Brian Wendling June 28 @ 10, and Storyteller Priscilla Howe July 12 @ 10, at Memorial Hall.
