Interested in being an agent for growth?  As MASL members, we all have talents to share whether we are new this year or a veteran to the library profession. Mentoring Matters will provide an opportunity to share questions, concerns, successes, and reflections with a colleague. Your mentoring  relationship might span from an email or phone call to a longer term connection. It will be a place for colleagues with shared interests and needs to partner. A mentoring relationship has benefits that extend in both directions and beyond.
