The Missouri-Kansas-Nebraska (MO-KAN-NE) Chapter of the Educational Opportunity Association (EOA) will be holding their 45th Annual Conference, "Becoming: Be Brave. Be Bold. Believe.," which will be held in-person on April 3-5, 2024.

The annual conference is a place where attendees can increase engagement, learn pertinent skills, be inspired, provide support, network with colleagues, and share our expertise. The success of the annual conference depends on the active participation and contribution of the membership in presenting sessions and workshops that are engaging and informative.

You are invited to submit a proposal to share your expertise on successful programs and activities; such as, motivating, engaging, and inspiring employees, strategies to impact students, recruitment, and innovative practices and procedures with your TRIO/Gear UP and other educational opportunity program colleagues. The purpose of the workshop sessions is to increase the knowledge of and provide practical tools for the attendees to utilize and that support the work they do with students, staff, colleagues, and within the community.

You are encouraged to consider sharing your knowledge and skillsets with your colleagues! Proposals must be submitted by Friday, March 8, 2024.

Thank you, and we look forward to receiving your workshop proposals!
