Dear Exhibitor,

We are looking forward to seeing you at HSBO.

On the 12th of October, exhibitors will have access to the Exhibitor hall from 12.00 for build-up.
The deadline for setting up stands is strictly set to 17.00 the 12th of October.

The 14th of October exhibitors will have from lunch until 18.00 to breakdown stands.

Regarding stand areas:
- Concrete floor (no carpet flooring included)
- No "exhibition walls"

As an exhibitor at the High Speed Boat Operations Forum 2020 you have the opportunity to choose basic additional stand supplies.

Please fill out the form below specifying who you are and what supplies you require.
(The prices listed below is for the whole exhibition and not per day.)

We need your reply the latest 25th of September.

Please note that all exhibitors will be invoiced carpet flooring 7€ per m2 and an electric outlet for 55€.
