Register for event: Designing for Policy Success: Winning Stakeholder Support in Uncertainty (with DESNZ/heat network zones)

Join the DESNZ and TPXimpact team who will discuss their use of design to support the emerging heat network zoning policy. They'll share insights into challenges and successes during the Alpha phase in a high-uncertainty policy area, advocating for a digital service, transitioning to Beta, and enhancing the programme's user-centered focus. The presentation will be followed by a workshop/surgery addressing similar challenges faced by other departments when bridging the gap between UCD, digital, and technical policy design.
