Further to the government announcement on 4th January 2021 please use this form to request school based provision requirements for January & February 2021.

Please note that we are only able to accommodate CHILDREN OF CRITICAL WORKERS that are unable to work from home and VULNERABLE CHILDREN (for example those with an EHCP).

We may request to see written evidence from your employer that you are a critical worker that is unable to work from home.

Students attending this  provision will be required to wear a face covering at all times.

8.30am - 2.45pm.  Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch as there will be no on-site catering provided.

The school will contact parents/carers to confirm that we are able to provide provision on the dates requested.
