LEMONADE FOR LOVE 2022 KIDS COMMITTEE APPLICATION FORM ***THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED***
The Kids Committee is for local area youth aged 9 years and up. There are a limited number of spots available.  

We ask that members of the committee  attend the following meeting dates:

Sunday, April 24, 2022 9:45 am - 11:45 am* (Etobicoke Civic Centre)
Sunday May 15, 2022  9:45 am - 11:45 am* (Etobicoke Civic Centre)
Poster Party: TBD
Lemonade for Love: Saturday, June 25th, 2022 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (+clean up)


Members of the Kids Committee are responsible for doing at least one presentation in the community on behalf of Lemonade for Love and volunteer at the event on Saturday June 25th, 2022. We will help you arrange one if needed.

This application is designed to ensure that the youth is interested in joining the committee, therefore we request that the applicant fill out this form (not the parent or guardian).  

The opportunity to visit an outdoor event at Silver Creek Preschool during school hours may exist. This will be optional for each participant and is not required.
