CISD:  Student Learning Opportunity Commitment Form (2nd 6-weeks)
PLEASE NOTE:  
1.  It is only necessary to complete this form if you are requesting a change in your child's learning platform for the next grading cycle.  
2.  If your child plans to transition from in-person to at-home learning, please contact your child's campus principal.  

Chireno ISD students may choose to access their education through in-person or at-home learning.  BEFORE making a selection for your child, make sure you have carefully reviewed (at minimum) the following documents:  CISD Start of School Update and CISD Learning Opportunities (links provided below).  Your decision will be a firm commitment for the second 6 weeks of school.  This commitment form is due by the end of the school day Friday, September 18th.  This form is ONLY required if you are requesting a change in your child's learning platform for the next grading cycle.
