r/taiwan Application Form for Moderator, Event Organizer, and Wiki Editor Positions
This application is for r/taiwan moderator, event organizer, and wiki editor candidacy. Should you be interested in filling either (or both) roles, please fill out the fields below.
MODERATOR: We are looking to add a few mods. Basically, if you enjoy trying to keep the peace and not being able to please everyone, this may be for you! Your jobs would include helping to form and enforce subreddit policy, interacting with the community, and helping new users.
Apply only if you're willing to be active. Being a moderator at r/taiwan would entail work such as monitoring the mod mail for messages or reports (we do read them), removing spam, moderating politically hot threads, occasional communication with other members of the mod team, and most importantly: eating 臭豆腐.
EVENT ORGANIZER: You do not have to be a moderator to help organize events. We'd love to have people throughout Taiwan help to organize events, as we recognize not everyone is located in the north.
WIKI EDITOR: We'd like to have a wiki that is community-built and up-to-date in order to serve the needs of r/taiwan users. If there are any knowledgeable individuals that would like to put that knowledge to good use, we'd like you to join us in working on the wiki!
