By submitting you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. CANCELLATION/SICKNESS: Unfortunately once a child has been booked in we cannot refund, change or offer credits for cancellation or sickness. We have to book our staff in advance and whether or not all children turn up we still have to pay the staff. You will receive confirmation of your booking within 2 weeks of the closing date. If you do not receive confirmation, please check with BC/ASC. After this date, any remaining places will be available for new users and anyone changing days. Places are limited on some days and will only be reserved on receipt of booking form. AND full set of post-dated cheques for term. Dishonoured cheques may result in places lost. Please see club polices on website for full terms and conditions. Unfortunately casual bookings are not available.
