This is for the mama who is newly postpartum, the first 6 weeks after baby is born but you are not cleared to exercise yet, but you just have to get out of the house! All stages of motherhood are welcomed! If you just need some adult interaction, some fresh air, coffee, you don't want to go anywhere alone with a brand new baby, or whatever you're reason maybe. Come meet us at Josiah Weaver Park,  1258 Bayshore Blvd, Dunedin, FL 34698, at 11am. Unless it is summer (June-August) we are then meeting at Countryside Mall at 10am.  We will stroll to downtown Dunedin and get some coffee. This is FREE.
