Prairie States Chapter open for residents of Kansas and Missouri
 
We are impressed by the good work being done around the country by ECA and other groups through national campaigns and local chapters to address the things we humans are doing that drive climate change.  We believe that organized groups of people can drive policies - after all, that's how fossil fuel interests have been and continue to pressure for the status quo.
 
We envision a community of elders who are speaking on behalf of our common objective - to aggressively mitigate climate change.  This community will actively  pursue objectives which will allow us to impact decisions and behaviors in Kansas and Missouri.
