In the case of this project, this is ‘a task in the public interest.’ The Central Digital and Data Office (CDDO) - part of the Cabinet Office - is the sponsor for this project; is the data controller and is responsible for looking after your information and using it properly.

All data collected will only be used for the explicit purposes of supporting the Parish Council Domains Helper Service. Any personal information that can identify you will be kept confidential and not shared with anyone other than the project team. Data will be stored on Cabinet Office IT systems and will be held for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed.
