Earth Daze Vendor and Exhibitor Form

If you are a vendor of a product that is made from natural ingredients, or offer a "green" service, or you're a non profit that works on sustainability, we would love to consider you for Earth Daze, our new Earth Day event in Herndon. Please note that we are constrained by size so we are only looking for vendors that are true to an Earth Day theme. Not all vendors and exhibitors will be invited due to space! Cost to be at the event will depend on the type of organization/business.

Thank you for filling out the form, and we'll get back to you by the end of February. If you are a non profit entity working on sustainability/environmental issues the any fee will be waived but it will be helpful if you can bring your own tent. Tables/chairs will be provided. If you are a business venture, depending on what it is and what you'll be adding to the event, the fee will be between $100 and $200, providing you bring your own branded tent (tables/chairs will be provided).
