The evening seated event requires an admission ticket. Seating is limited. All requests for tickets will have a response within 24 hours.
Requests will be honored via the time date stamp of this form. Ticket Requests are limited to 1 table or 10 tickets. Admission Tickets are $25 which includes entry to the event, 1 sheet of 25 chances and 1 door prize chance.
Payment Terms -- Acceptable payment methods credit card and check/cash with prior arrangement confirmed by the committee. Payment upon receipt is expected. All tickets must be paid in full by May 5th or the tickets will be returned to stock.
Ticket Request Instructions:
1. Please complete the request form tickets form listed below.
2. You will receive a response for your request.
3. If the event is at capacity your request will be denied and you will be placed on a waiting list (in the order of receipt)
4. If approved for tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for next steps. Please note the email will contain a link for you to order your tickets. All orders over the approved amount will be voided.
5. A final confirmation with your paid invoice and official entry tickets will be emailed. Tickets will not be available for pick up at the Education Center or Ministry Center without confirmation from the committee.

www.stcbasketraffle.comAll participants must be 18 years of age and must be 21 to win any basket containing alcohol. There is no reentry to the event. If you exit the building, you will not be permitted to reenter. The STC Campus is a
Smoke Free campus, this includes vaping. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on STC property. In the event, one elects to smoke in or on property they will be asked to leave.
The admission ticket required event will be held on May 18th from 6pm to 11pm first basket to be drawn at 7:45pm. Details regarding Online and the Free Preview Event can be found on our event website.
Chance Ticket Stub/Registration of Chances will be used to validate every winner.
You do not need to present to win a basket BUT your chance ticket must be registered. All online purchases will be registered. If you pre-purchase chances online or attend the Free Preview Event your chance ticket numbers will be registered in the ticket log. If you purchase chances during the event we will check the winning chance against your stub to claim basket.
