OUTwrite Authors Intensive - Cohort 2
An eight-week small group intensive for LGBTQ+ writers ready to take action on the nonfiction book (narrative nonfiction, self-help, business etc.) they’ve been dreaming of writing.  100% of the proceeds of this course support the mission of Pride and Joy Foundation, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit. 

This form is for application purposes only.  Submitting this form does not guarantee you entrance into OUTWrite Authors.  

All application decisions will typically be made within 72 hours of submitting, and will be complete by September 21, 2023.  Acceptance will be done on a rolling basis.  

OUTWrite Authors is an eight-week course for LGBTQ+ authors-to-be that walks YOU through how to write a nonfiction book AND helps YOU build an actionable plan to get it published.

 Course Information

The first modules will be available on September 21, and classes will meet online on Tuesdays at 10 am PT/ 1 pm ET, October 3rd-November 14.  (No class discussion on October 24.) Live classes are recorded and replays are made available asap. 

Tuition: $750 paid in full or in three $250 payments. Scholarships are available. 

Part of your tuition can be considered a donation to Pride & Joy Foundation, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit, EIN 85-1272066. Please consult your tax professional for details.

Refunds:

Withdrawal from the course and refunds are honored until October 10, 2023. No refunds will be issued for after that date.

There will be a maximum of 30 participants and application submission does not guarantee admittance.

This class is for LGBTQ+ writers intending to write a NONFICTION book.

Each participant will be required to agree to community guidelines, which are based on kindness, generosity, and confidentiality. Failure to abide by the community guidelines may result in removal from the cohort.

Enrolling in this class does not guarantee an offer to publish from Pride and Joy Publishing. Our intention is to provide you with guidance and tools to increase your chances of publishing your book, in the best way for YOU.
