Thank you for your interest in the Heritage Farmstead Museum!  We are looking forward to a wonderful summer of fun and learning for our campers and counselors.  

Please complete the questions below to provide us with important information on your camper, as well as learn more about the schedule, payment options and safety protocols we will follow at the Farmstead.  

Parents will need to complete one form per camper.
