FCHS Grade Selection Form: COVID-19 Plan
If your student earned a grade of B, C, or D in a high school credit-bearing class for the 3rd Quarter, please indicate below whether you would like your student’s final grade in each class to be the grade earned (the B, C, or D that was earned) OR whether you would like for your student to be given a grade of Pass. A grade of Pass means that the student still earns high school credit toward graduation, but the grade of Pass does not affect high school grade-point average (GPA). A grade of B, C, or D earns credit toward graduation AND counts toward GPA.
