Workshop Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in Triggered: A Trauma-Informed Coping Skills Workshop.

Triggered is a 4-week, 1-hour, online workshop.

It is designed to help you handle your triggers without getting overwhelmed. We'll review some principles and strategies for coping with big emotions together, and I'll guide you through some practice exercises to help you feel better. This will not be like therapy and individual sharing will be optional and limited.

You're getting all 4 classes at $30 per meeting, plus $9 for the workbook, which will be mailed to you. You'll be responsible to pay for the workshop as a whole (one fee of $129). 

For context, this 4-week workshop is less than 1 therapy session with a trauma specialist.

This workshop is based on broad research on trauma from various experts, and my years of experience helping people with PTSD.  

In order to attend, you must:

  • Be age 18 or older
  • Provide your name and contact information
  • Be kind and respect others’ humanity and privacy
  • Have the ability to connect to Google meet from your location in California
  • Be available to attend our meetings live and on time; There will be no recordings.

You can receive a partial refund of $120 if you request it by email before enrollment closes.

The final $9 is non-refundable as it covers the printing and administrative costs associated with your enrollment, disenrollment, and workbook distribution.
