We are an organization that uses peer adjudication. In order to be considered as a large group adjudicator you must have had experience directing a large ensemble.

Details

Large Group Adjudicator Honoraria is as follows:
Two days plus one evening - $875
Two days - $700
One day plus one evening - $525
One day - $350
Half day or one evening $175

Solo & Ensemble Adjudicator Honoraria is as follows:
One day $400
Half day $200
Additional stipend of $10 per entry adjudicated over 40.

All fees are flat rates. A lodging reimbursement of up to $125 per night will be provided for those adjudicators traveling over 50 miles one way to the festival site from their home. If a lodging reimbursement is not needed, a mileage stipend not to exceed $125 will be provided in lieu of. Lunch will be provided each day; dinners will be provided where evening adjudication or two day festivals are assigned.

Contracts will be mailed out by November 10th. If you do not receive a contract by that date, your form will be kept on file for use in the event of a cancellation or emergency.
