The Aunt Sister Project offers 45-minute online exercise classes for just $5 per class. The curriculum is written and taught by Certified Cancer Exercise Specialists. Our experts have an extensive background in cancer diagnoses and treatments, and how they might affect the physiology and movement patterns of the body.

We are researching the needs and preferences of the cancer community in order to update our curriculum and enhance the programs we offer.
