Please complete this form to register for camp. You must complete the registration form and pay for camp by 14 July 2019 in order to get the early registration discount ($30 off). Registration forms received without accompanying payment on PayPal will not qualify for the early registration discount.

Please go to PayPal.com and make your payment out to (cxrpaypal@gmail.com) as a friend and NOT as a business. Be sure to include your youth's first and last name in the notes field before submitting the payment.

Registration will be open until 30 July 2019. Registration between July 14 and July 30 will be $170.

Camp Elim requires for each camper to fill out their health and safety forms electronically. Please go to the CXR website (http://cxrdirector.wixsite.com/campcrossroads) to print/fill out these forms. Please bring these forms with you the day of camp. You will NOT be allowed to attend without these forms.
