Zootown Disc-O Team Registration (2023) 
Welcome! This is the official form to register your team for the 2nd annual Zootown Disc-O in Missoula, Montana on June 17-18, 2023. Zootown Disc-O is a USAU sanctioned co-ed club ultimate Frisbee tournament. 

This year's bid fee is $35 per person. When registering, you currently only need to register your team. Individual players do not need to use this form. Players will later need to fill out individual registration forms. Bid fees will be accepted in the form of cash, check, or PayPal. 

Payment is not due upon registration. More tournament information will be sent out around early to mid-May.
