Join us on on a Saturday from 8:00am - 12:00pm to learn about meat processing from rail to package! We will suit you up with an apron and a knife, and put you to work with our head butchers, an ex-inspector, and packaging staff to process an entire beef while answering all of your meaty questions!
After it is all done, you'll head home with 1/8 of a beef that YOU cut and packaged!
Cost for Workshop is around $500. Cost includes: $200 class fee, $300ish meat (1/8 portion of beef at $5.00/lb HHW), and 6" Boning Knife. (If you have your own beef, or do not want a portion of the meat,
