I. GENERAL TERMS

• Please describe your commission in a clear and polite manner.
• Provide neat references.
• Avoid sending a wall of text.
• During each progress update, you are entitled to request up to two revisions.

II. PAYMENT

• All commissions must be paid in full in advance through my Ko-Fi account.
• You will be contacted when your order is ready for processing.
• The currency accepted is EURO.

III. PROCESS

• Work in progress will be shared with you to make any necessary changes before it's too late. At each of these stages, you may request up to two revisions.
• The time for your commission to be completed can be between 3 to 5 months, depending on various factors such as the order of commission, complexity, workload, etc.
• If any unforeseen circumstances arise, you will be notified as soon as possible.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• I will do everything I can to ensure my customers' satisfaction, however, after a commission is finished, you may only request one revision, which must be done within a week of delivery. After this period, no further changes or modifications will be accepted.
• Any additional modifications, or revisions requested after the approved commission has been delivered will be subject to an extra charge.
• Please be clear in your initial order about your specific requirements and preferences.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

• I, the artist, hold all rights to the produced model, not the commissioner.
• The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
• The following is considered Copyright infringement:
  • Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
  • Removing any watermarks/signatures.
  • Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
  • Credit is required for the usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

VI. CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY

• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted, and I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
• You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Arzolath, in the future.

VII. WORK PREFERENCES AND BOUNDARIES

• I specialize in creating artwork featuring muscular or bara body types, with a preference for furries and scalies.
• I do not accept commissions for complex designs.
• Reference pictures are mandatory for all commissions.
• I will not create NSFW content, female characters, or anything outside of my established style.
• My style of work is evident in the provided samples. Commissions that do not align with this style will not be accepted.
