RES PTO Volunteer Opportunities 2022-2023
The Rohrerstown PTO needs your help!  We are looking for volunteers to help with some awesome events planned for the 2022/2023 school year.  

Each event has a chairperson assigned and they are looking to build a team to make their event a success!

Please check the boxes of any events you are interested in helping with.

Pie Sale (Oct/Nov 2022)
Help sort and distribute pie orders for pickup.
Book Fair (November 2022)
Family Fun Night (November 2022)
VIP Dance (February 2023)
Willing to volunteer for set up, clean up, manning the different stations during the event ... etc.
S. Clyde Weaver Sub Sale (March/April 2023)
Shadow the current chairperson & plan to take over that position for the 2022/2023 school year.  This involves connecting with S. Clyde Weaver, collecting order forms from students, sorting & distributing vouchers.
Fun Fest (May 2023)
This event NEEDS many volunteers!  It's our biggest fundraiser!
Basket Raffle (part of Fun Fest)
Collect donations, assemble baskets, manning the table during the Fun Fest ... etc.
Restaurant Take-Out Nights
Take charge of the night - contact the restaurant, arrange date/time, communicate with PTO board to create/distribute information.
Candy Sale
We received a suggestion about possibly having a candy sale.  We need someone to be the chairperson for this event.  Ideally, the candy supplier would be local. 
PTO Board Member
Currently looking for a Vice President.  Other positions may also be available.
Homeroom Parent
Volunteer during the school day, donate supplies, plan a class party, help prep supplies for a special day/event ... etc.
Not sure I can volunteer, but please add me to the PTO communication email list.
