2022 Access Program: Application
ABOUT PEEK FEST:
 
​Impulse Theatre’s Peek Fest is an annual festival on Lekwungen Territory/Victoria running November 1 to 19, 2022.
 
The festival offers an exciting new look at work-in-development from some of the province’s most innovative creators and contributes to the development and growth of local arts workers through showcases, workshops, and community events.

This year the festival will presented in digital and in-person format. All workshops will be held in-person. 


THE ACCESS PROGRAM:

Impulse Theatre, and Peek Fest, seeks to create an anti-oppressive and queer-positive space for artists within the community.​ Impulse Theatre is pleased to offer up to 2 spots in each workshop free of charge to arts workers who identify as queer, trans, non-binary, Indigenous, Black, a person of colour, neurodiverse, d/Deaf and/or disabled.



WORKSHOPS:

ALL WORKSHOP SPOTS ARE FILLED - If you are interested in being added to a waitlist for any of the following workshops, please specify which one(s) and we will contact you if space becomes available.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Program intake closes November 1st. Space in the Access Program is filled on a first come, first serve basis. Workshop participation is confirmed when you receive a program reservation email from Impulse.
  • ASL interpretation must be requested by October 21st.


COVID Policies:  We encourage all participants to self assess their comfortability with all aspects of Covid planning, prevention and awareness. Impulse Theatre's Communicable Disease Plan will be made available on our website.
