Terms and Conditions

The parent/ caregiver is responsible for passing on any health and safety information, including medications, to the organisers on the day.
Children will be required to stay on site for the workshop and must be collected from the workshop space at by 2.30 pm ( top of stairs E Block) A late fee may be charged if staff have to remain outside our set hours.
Parent/ caregiver must provide lunch, snacks and water bottle for the child.
Payment must be made before the class commences unless other arrangements have been made.
Refunds will only be made if we have been given 24 hours notice.
We will provide you with our emergency phone contact.
In the case of emergency, health or behaviour concerns we will contact the number provided above. Please ensure that it is in operation.
We will follow COVID-19 guidelines in place at Ara at the time.

Thank you for registering. We will send an invoice to the contact email above for payment of $40.00 per day booked. Thanks to Christchurch Creative Communities and ARA for their support.
