We will notify you by phone as soon as the prescription is available to be picked up at our clinic.

Please note that certain conditions apply to allow for authorization of a renewal:

- the medication must be indicated by a veterinarian as renewable in your pet's file;
- the animal concerned must have been seen for examination by a veterinarian at our clinic recently;
- for certain drugs, laboratory tests may be required before renewal;
- other conditions may apply depending on the animal and according to its needs.

If we cannot renew the medication requested, we will contact you. Please be sure to check your e-mails.
