You are responsible for your own set up. Your canopy, if applicable, must be secured as per City of Alvin's Fire Marshal's Rules and Regulations, available through the City, as a safety precaution.

Please do not start packing up for the day until 3 pm. The event runs from 10 am - 3 pm* Saturday, December 16, 2023 with time for take down after. *Time subject to change and will be finalized closer to the event date.

Also, all vendors are asked to promote via social media, hand out flyers, and invite friends, family, and customers to ensure the success of the event. All persons manning a booth alone at the event should be at least 16 years of age without prior written permission.
